Following Giants

An ethical elephant sanctuary where rescued elephants roam freely through jungle terrain, each paired with a personal mahout. Visitors follow and observe at the animals' own pace. No riding, no touching. The half-day programme includes a guided jungle walk and lunch. Guides share the personal history of each elephant, many formerly used in the tourism trade. Rubber boots and umbrellas are provided, and cold water is on hand at the entrance. Go early to beat the heat.
