Pinto Restaurant

A seafood restaurant on a stilt platform above the water in Lanta Old Town, mixing traditional and modern décor with great views over the channel. The kitchen focuses on fresh Thai seafood: shrimp cakes, lemongrass prawns, chilli and lime sea bass, and soft-shell crab all in generous portions. Khao soi chicken and the crispy mango sticky rice get plenty of praise too. Pandan leaf herbal drinks are a nice accompaniment. Service is attentive and the setting is one of the more atmospheric in the Old Town.
