A minimart near Long Beach that doubles as one of the island's best breakfast spots. The bread is baked in-house: bagels with a crisp exterior and soft interior, sourdough with cashew cream cheese, and English muffins that draw guests back daily. A separate vegan menu covers pancakes, scrambled tofu, tempeh bagels, and more. Tucked slightly off the main road, surrounded by plants, and relaxed enough to linger over coffee. Note: not halal.
