Bamboo Bay

A tranquil white sandy bay at the southern end of the island, backed by forested hills and fronted by clear turquoise water. Wide and largely uncrowded, with a few restaurants beside the beach and limited motorbike parking down the narrow access lane. No car parking at the beach itself. A reliable sunset spot. Jellyfish can occasionally appear, so check conditions before swimming.
